About the Stone:

Kammererite is a rare chromium-rich variety of the mineral clinochlore, part of the chlorite family. Its deep magenta to violet tones are exceptionally uncommon in nature, making it a highly prized collector’s stone. First identified in the 1800s and named for Russian chemist August Alexander von Kammerer, this mineral is primarily sourced from Turkey, with smaller deposits found in Russia and Scandinavia.

Its eye-catching color, limited availability, and striking marbled texture make Kammererite a favorite among gem lovers and lapidary artists.
